Additional duties involve organizing interview teams, tracking opportunities in the CRM, supporting Tier I client management, contributing to BD process‑improvement initiatives, and mentoring junior business development staff.

GFT is looking for a Senior Proposal Specialist with experience supporting the Florida Department of Transportation, expressway authorities, MPOs, and municipal agencies. The role is based in Miami or Fort Lauderdale, FL, and supports the Transportation, Construction Services, and Buildings & Places teams. The successful candidate will apply strategic thinking, creative problem‑solving, and strong organizational skills to advance business development pursuits. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field, and have at least five years of AEC proposal experience, preferably with Florida transportation clients. Proven ability to lead and produce high‑quality, winning proposals and interviews, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Adobe InDesign preferred) are required.

Benefits
