About the Role
Financial stewardship involves creating budgeting controls, monitoring SLAs and KPIs for both JLL and outsourced agencies, and maintaining service level agreements at an excellent performance level. The incumbent will oversee contract renewals, invoice processing, cost‑sheet submissions, and ensure billing accuracy while planning site manpower. Daily site rounds are conducted to verify proper maintenance of structures, facilities, and services, while addressing occupant queries and managing complaints. The position enforces health, safety, and life‑safety regulations, implements risk‑assessment recommendations, and develops business continuity and emergency maintenance plans. Reporting duties include generating daily management reports, monthly management reports, and maintaining the as‑built drawing and transition document library. Coordination with regional, head‑office, SME, and training teams ensures timely closure of all required reports and upholds the “No Safety No Work” slogan. • Lead MEP service delivery and site operations, ensuring 52‑week preventive maintenance execution. • Manage vendor contracts, quotations, invoices, and cost‑sheet approvals with accurate billing. • Develop and monitor budgets, SLAs, KPIs, and ensure timely renewal of agreements. • Conduct daily site inspections, oversee maintenance, and enforce health, safety, and risk‑assessment standards. • Handle occupant queries, manage complaints, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. • Prepare daily and monthly management reports and maintain the as‑built drawing library. • Supervise and mentor site manpower, participating in hiring and performance development. • Coordinate with regional, head‑office, SME, and training teams to close required reports.

What You Bring
The role requires strong MEP service knowledge within property and asset management and technical expertise to deliver site‑operation solutions. Responsibilities include executing a 52‑week preventive maintenance program, leveraging online tools, leading teams, and managing vendors to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, meticulous, and possesses strong problem‑solving abilities, with a keen understanding of people dynamics. A degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Marine Engineering (or equivalent) and at least ten years of experience in the facility, real‑estate, hotel, or construction sector are required, with residential experience preferred. • Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Marine Engineering or equivalent. • Minimum 10 years experience in facility, real‑estate, hotel or construction management; residential experience preferred. • Strong analytical, meticulous, and problem‑solving skills with expertise in people management.
