About the Role

Key duties include delivering ER consulting to designated client groups, investigating employee complaints, and recommending corrective actions or terminations based on policy and legal risk. The specialist also coaches managers on performance management, progressive discipline, and involuntary separations, and advises on misconduct, leave of absence, and accommodation requests while ensuring thorough documentation. The role serves as the subject‑matter expert for the case‑management tool, generating reports and tracking trends, and provides change‑management support to HR Business Partners and managers. It also collaborates on position elimination activities, coordinates business cases with HR teams, and contributes to the development of training materials, tools, templates, and HR policies. • Deliver employee relations consulting to assigned client groups on routine to complex issues. • Investigate employee complaints and recommend corrective actions or terminations based on policy and legal risk. • Coach managers on performance management, improvement plans, and involuntary separations. • Advise on employee misconduct, leave of absence, and accommodation requests while ensuring proper documentation. • Serve as subject‑matter expert for the case‑management system, generate reports and track trends. • Support HR Business Partners in position elimination processes and change‑management initiatives. • Develop training materials, tools, templates, and reference guides for the ER Center of Excellence. • Participate in ER‑related projects and contribute to company‑wide HR policy development.

What You Bring

The Employee Relations Specialist provides governance and consulting services to internal clients on employee relations matters. Success in this role requires exceptional virtual communication, strong relationship building, an action‑oriented mindset, and precise written documentation. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and have 2–4 years of progressive ER or HR Generalist experience.
