About the Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role throughout the entire project lifecycle, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders on complex infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for effective cost estimation and management, project financial control, and contract administration across large‑scale developments, often in challenging environments. Your duties include preparing detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities for civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in line with international standards. You will provide strategic cost advice, oversee budget control, produce financial reports such as cash‑flow forecasts, cost variance analysis and net‑margin assessments, and maintain strict contractual and commercial oversight. Additionally, you will manage risks, negotiate with contractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations while fostering interdisciplinary and cross‑cultural collaboration. • Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities for civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. • Align estimates with international standards and best practices. • Provide strategic cost advice and oversee project budget control. • Generate financial reports, including cash‑flow forecasts, cost variance analysis, and net‑margin assessments. • Maintain strict contractual and commercial oversight throughout project delivery. • Identify, assess and mitigate project risks in accordance with local and international regulations. • Negotiate terms and conditions with contractors and suppliers. • Foster interdisciplinary and cross‑cultural collaboration among project teams. • Drive continuous improvement of cost‑management practices and general procedures.
