• Lead transportation projects for NCDOT and local agencies, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and quality. • Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, designers, and subconsultants. • Maintain strong relationships with NCDOT and local agency partners. • Support quality control and conduct technical reviews of project deliverables. • Assist with proposal development and business development activities. • Provide a flexible hybrid work schedule with up to 40% remote work and an alternate schedule (off every other Friday).

What You Bring
