About the Role

The role involves planning, supervising, performing and coordinating all phases of installation, maintenance, repair and inspection of systems and service work in new or remodeled facilities, as well as planning daily activities for a crew. The position provides leadership for installation and maintenance projects, ensuring schedules are met, quality standards upheld, and safety protocols followed while supporting site superintendents. • Read and interpret project specifications and blueprints • Develop daily work plans and assign tasks to crew members • Monitor quality control and address workmanship issues • Order and coordinate delivery of required materials • Complete daily, safety, ESR, and inspection reports • Manage equipment needs, verify operator qualifications, and schedule maintenance • Support the site superintendent in coordinating project activities • Travel to various job sites on short notice • Identify and implement production improvements and best practices • Promote safety, quality, and productivity initiatives on site • Train crew members on safe work practices and ensure proper PPE usage • Assist HR with interviewing, hiring, performance appraisals, and employee relations • Supervise up to six or more craft workers and foremen • Conduct regular performance reviews and mentor new employees • Coach apprentices and ensure compliance with prevailing‑wage regulations • Perform basic calculations, read scales, and use fractions as needed • Utilize Microsoft Office and email for communications

What You Bring

Candidates are expected to have extensive supervisory experience, relevant technical skills, and the ability to work under varying environmental conditions. • Maintain at least seven years of pipe supervisory experience • Possess proficiency in one or more crafts and strong blueprint-reading skills • Work effectively under pressure and meet project timelines • Operate in outdoor environments and exposure to heights, mechanical parts, heat, fumes, vibration, and loud noise
