About the Role

The New Home Consultant guides buyers from first contact through closing, using proactive sales and market knowledge to deliver a seamless experience. The role involves engaging visitors, generating and closing sales via the 10-5-2-1 approach, maintaining model home centers, traveling for lead generation, and collaborating with internal teams. • Engage visitors, assess home‑buying needs, and apply Lennar’s selling philosophy. • Generate, process, and close home sales using self‑generated or referred leads and the 10‑5‑2‑1 selling model. • Maintain accurate communication records and provide follow‑through from initial contact through post‑closing. • Keep the Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes in optimal condition and coordinate maintenance. • Travel within the local community to prospect Realtor/co‑broker partners, referrals, and self‑generated leads. • Stay informed on market competition, product offerings, community details, sales trends, and customer demographics. • Track daily customer traffic with company‑designated tools. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions and high customer satisfaction. • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive growth. • Attend on‑site locations regularly and be able to work >8 hours in a construction trailer.

What You Bring

Candidates need a high school diploma (college degree and real estate license preferred), 1-3 years of new‑home sales or related experience, strong relationship‑building and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools. The position requires regular on‑site attendance, the ability to work more than eight hours in a construction trailer, and physical capabilities such as lifting 50 lb, climbing ladders, and operating a vehicle. • Hold a high school diploma (college degree and real estate license preferred) and 1‑3 years of new‑home sales or real‑estate experience. • Demonstrate strong relationship‑building, communication, organizational, and customer‑service skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales tracking software. • Work independently with a results‑driven mindset. • Physically capable of lifting >50 lb, climbing ladders, and operating a vehicle and construction equipment.
