About the Role

Make a Home at Taylor Wimpey. In this role you will manage day-to-day plot sale transactions for assigned regional Business Units, working closely with the Sales and Technical teams and delivering comprehensive reporting and monitoring of transaction progress and completion. You will liaise with and report to the allocated Business Unit(s) on plot progression and part-exchange resales, proactively managing transactions to help the Business Units meet their exchange and completion targets. • Oversee the entire sale process from drafting contract packs to handling enquiries, exchanging contracts, meeting deadlines, and completing new home sales. • Stay updated on home ownership schemes, sales incentive schemes, and the disposal of leasehold and freehold affordable housing. • Conduct purchaser due diligence, address anti‑money laundering concerns, and manage post‑completion tasks such as delivering notices to landlords or management companies. • Generate and handle correspondence, manage pre‑exchange, pre‑completion, and post‑completion matters, and produce accurate reports with high presentation standards. • Achieve departmental performance targets, support Business Units in reaching their goals, and participate in progression meetings as needed. • Maintain meticulous, paperless file management and proactively plan and organize work, collaborating with line managers to streamline activities. • Foster teamwork, be approachable and respectful, assist during peak periods, and support the Divisional Legal Manager in team training. • Develop expertise in role‑related processes and technical skills, learn other Business Unit functions, and attend relevant training courses.

What You Bring

• Minimum three years relevant experience in a plot sales environment or residential conveyancing practice with a detailed understanding of residential property. • Comprehensive knowledge of conveyancing processes. • Ability to handle high‑volume work while remaining calm and collected. • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. • Strong communication skills to analyze complex legal issues quickly and decisively.
