Lead mechanical engineering projects, supervise staff, and act as Engineer of Record.

About the Role
• Serve as Engineer of Record on dedicated projects and lead coordination meetings. • Supervise, coordinate, and assign engineering tasks to the team. • Provide periodic employee evaluations and staff mentoring. • Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects. • Manage construction administration duties such as field reports, RFIs, bulletins, and addenda. • Coordinate monthly invoicing with accounting and monitor receivables. • Participate in budgeting, scheduling, and firmwide expert teams. • Prepare proposals and administer project contracts and service agreements. • Supervise preparation of system analysis reports and building condition studies.

What You Bring
• Hold a current PE license and possess healthcare design experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution. • Minimum 12 years consulting MEP experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. • Hands‑on design and CAD/Revit proficiency. • Experience with critical facilities, commercial, or aviation projects.
