About the Role

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for all HR-related functions and requirements for the region. Supporting the sales leaders, the manager will provide HR strategy and support to the West region across various sales verticals and functions. Responsibilities include expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance and talent management, and coaching. The HR Manager will coach and guide senior sales leaders to influence culture, enhance employee engagement, and improve organizational effectiveness. This role interacts with the Division Leadership Team and leads people across the region. It drives a strong culture of learning, transparency, ethics, passion, accountability, and efficiency. The manager will foster positive employee relations and deploy communication plans, using assessment tools such as employee surveys to identify issues and create action plans. They will build organizational capability by owning talent management processes, including acquisition, assessment, performance management, and employee development. Workforce planning, headcount, manning levels, and recruitment will also be supported. • Provide HR strategy and support to West region sales leaders across multiple verticals. • Lead recruitment, employee relations, performance and talent management, and coaching initiatives. • Coach senior sales leaders to shape culture, boost engagement, and improve effectiveness. • Deploy communication plans and use employee surveys to address organizational issues. • Support workforce planning, headcount management, and recruitment efforts. • Promote a culture of learning, transparency, ethics, accountability, and efficiency. • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and travel up to 50% of the time.

What You Bring

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required, along with a minimum of seven years of HR experience; an MBA or master’s degree in HR or a related field is preferred. The candidate must demonstrate strong influencing ability, managerial courage, and solid knowledge of local regulations, HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Effective communication at all organizational levels, ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and willingness to travel up to 50 % are essential. • Own talent acquisition, assessment, performance management, and employee development processes. • Require bachelor’s degree; 7+ years HR experience; MBA or master’s preferred. • Demonstrate strong influencing skills, knowledge of local regulations, and effective communication at all levels.
