SHE Advisor - Facilities Management
Provide SHE support and ensure health, safety & environmental compliance for facilities sites.
Job Highlights
About the Role
Based in a North West England office you will provide SHE support to RFM operations at all relevant customer sites in line with company procedures and agreed objectives. In this position you will enable contracts and staff to comply with all relevant SHE regulations, provide high‑level operational service support, monitor regional corporate governance, assess contractor competence, support local business leads, lead investigations, develop and deliver training programmes, conduct site inspections and audits, and produce written reports and monthly updates. • Ensure contracts and staff comply with all relevant SHE regulations. • Provide operational SHE service support and resolve issues to add value. • Monitor regional corporate governance for SHE compliance. • Assess contractor competence and advise on SHE matters. • Support local business leads with SHE programmes and initiatives. • Lead significant SHE investigations and incident investigations. • Develop and deliver SHE training programmes and in‑house courses. • Conduct site inspections and audits according to scheduled programmes. • Produce written inspection, audit, incident, and monthly reports. • Liaise with business leads and HR to deliver and monitor training against core matrices. • Prepare persuasive reports outlining findings, causes and recommendations.

What You Bring
The role requires practical experience in facilities management, NEBOSH qualification in SH&E, previous auditing experience, and the ability to write persuasive, effective reports that clearly define findings, causes and recommendations.
