Rental Yard Associate

About the Role

As a Rental Yard Associate, you will remove dirt, concrete, and debris from rental equipment using hand tools and cleaning equipment, and ensure all equipment is in good, usable condition before it leaves the yard. You’ll inspect equipment for damage, oil and lubricate tools and tilt‑up braces, prepare and stage rental orders for delivery, and follow company safety policies while being able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. • Clean and remove debris from rental equipment using hand tools. • Inspect equipment for damage and report findings per procedure. • Oil and lubricate tools, equipment, and tilt‑up braces according to specifications. • Prepare and stage rental orders for delivery. • Follow White Cap safety policies and lift/carry up to 50 lb.

What You Bring

The role generally requires 0–2 years of experience; forklift experience, knowledge of construction and industrial products, and Spanish language proficiency are preferred. You will perform other duties as assigned, contributing to White Cap’s mission of building America. • 0–2 years of related experience; forklift operation preferred. • Knowledge of construction and industrial products; Spanish proficiency a plus.
