About the Role
The Branch Manager will ensure smooth rental operations, support customers and staff, supervise equipment maintenance, manage the rental cycle from initial call through delivery and return, and oversee invoicing, budgeting and administrative tasks while representing Mustang Cat professionally. • Oversee all branch operations and rental activities • Hire, lead, and develop branch staff • Coordinate equipment repairs, maintenance, and make‑ready processes • Manage the full rental cycle—from the customer’s initial call to delivery, pickup, and preparation for the next rental • Handle branch invoicing, budgeting, administrative, and clerical functions • Represent Mustang Cat in a professional manner within the branch and out in the field

What You Bring
Mustang Cat is seeking a results‑driven Branch Manager for its Deer Park rental facility. The role leads day‑to‑day branch activities, including staffing, customer service, rental coordination, and budget management, and is ideal for an experienced leader in heavy‑equipment rental who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Candidates should have a college degree or equivalent experience, at least five years in the heavy‑equipment sector and three years in equipment rental, strong communication skills, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a high‑volume environment. Highly organized, self‑motivated and customer‑service oriented individuals are preferred; prior experience managing a rental branch and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are a plus. • College degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered • Minimum 5 years experience in the heavy equipment industry • Minimum 3 years in the equipment rental industry • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Ability to work independently in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment • Highly organized, self‑motivated, and customer service oriented • Experience managing a rental branch or equipment rental operation • Bilingual English/Spanish
