About the Role
As part of a professional engineering, construction, and cost‑management team, you will handle financial and contractual aspects of multiple projects, work closely with contractors and internal stakeholders, and ensure accurate cost recording and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage financial and contractual aspects of projects, including payment certificates and monthly financial statements. • Record and prepare minutes of progress meetings and maintain accurate cost and quantity records. • Advise on measurement procedures, evaluate unit rates, and oversee day‑work recording and variation orders. • Lead the evaluation of claims and preparation of final accounts with supporting documentation. • Audit contractor payments, ensure timely valuations, and monitor final cost estimates and expenditures. • Coordinate and monitor activities of the quantity surveying team.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or related field. • Minimum 8 years of prime contract administration experience in a large international engineering and construction firm. • RICS membership is advantageous. • Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency with PC software for contract administration.
