Job Highlights
About the Role
The Site Operative is responsible for the day‑to‑day housekeeping of the site and will give assistance to the site team as required. Internal applicants should inform their line manager if they wish to apply. • Clean and maintain site welfare • Ensure materials are put away and stored correctly • Supervise the unloading of deliveries • Maintain safe access and egress to welfare facilities • Maintain and develop pedestrian walkways throughout the development • Erect and maintain up‑to‑date signage • Maintain site presentation • Maintain sales presentation • Keep plots clean and safe at all times • Support preparation of plots for NHBC inspections • Protect second‑fix items • Open and lock up site and plots at start and end of each day • Provide assistance to the site team and specialised trades • Keep walkways clear and manage traffic • Travel to various sites across the region • Maintain awareness of safety issues
