About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role based in Indianapolis, IN. The Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance and repair tasks, including preventive care, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance, to ensure the proper functioning, safety, and appearance of assigned properties. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, resolving equipment malfunctions, maintaining common areas, monitoring systems for efficient operation, and addressing service requests promptly to provide a well-maintained and comfortable residential experience.

What You Bring
• Strong knowledge of Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance processes • Effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service • Skills in Maintenance & Repair, including resolving issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and analyzing technical issues to determine effective solutions • Physical ability to handle maintenance-related tasks • Ability to work independently and prioritize to meet deadlines • Experience with Preventive Maintenance and ensuring equipment performance and longevity • EPA Certification, HVAC certification, or similar relevant qualifications are a plus
