What You Bring

Through the BEST program, recent college graduates are paired with a mentor and supported by a national sales network. Over six months, you’ll combine classroom learning, hands‑on fieldwork, and real customer interactions, diving deep into innovative HVAC solutions, sharpening leadership skills, and building lasting customer relationships. We are looking for candidates currently pursuing an Engineering bachelor’s degree and graduating by December 2025 or June 2026. Required attributes include strong analytical abilities, quick learning, project‑management skills with minimal guidance, and excellent communication and teamwork. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required; a Mechanical or Industrial Engineering background and prior sales or engineering experience are preferred. • Must be pursuing an Engineering bachelor’s degree, graduating by Dec 2025 or Jun 2026 • Strong analytical, project‑management, and communication skills required • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required; Mechanical/Industrial Engineering preferred • Prior sales or engineering co‑op/internship experience is a plus
