About the Role
In this role you will manage primary service accounts, perform contract maintenance visits, inspections, and site assessments, and recommend upgrades or repairs to extend equipment life cycles. You will maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers through clear oral and written communication, provide accurate labor and material quotes, and serve as the direct point of contact during service projects. The position requires the use of advanced software, hand tools, rigging equipment, and interpretation of blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair equipment. Safety is paramount, and you will be responsible for enforcing the highest safety standards, tracking company assets, and participating in an on‑call rotation that may include overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays.

What You Bring
We are seeking a skilled Journeymen Chiller Mechanic with at least five years of experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional chiller systems. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, and rebuilds for medium‑large tonnage chillers across all brands. • Valid Red Seal Refrigeration and A/C certification • Valid ODS certification • 5+ years of experience with commercial, industrial, or institutional chillers and related technologies • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with handheld devices (e.g., smartphone, iPad)
