About the Role
You will join innovative projects supporting the U.S. Space Force, leveraging cutting‑edge DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, cloud‑native architectures, and advanced automation tools. What You Bring
The position is remote but requires residency in Colorado Springs, CO, with minimal travel and standard working hours. An active U.S. government Secret clearance (with eligibility for SCI/SI/TK) is required, reflecting the mission‑critical nature of the work. • Hold an active U.S. Secret clearance (eligible for SCI/SI/TK) and reside in Colorado Springs, CO. • Possess a BS in IT or related field and at least 2 years of UI/UX experience designing web and mobile applications. • Proficient with prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure) and design collaboration platforms (Abstract, Zeplin, Storybook). • Experienced in Agile environments and responsive design using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap, and REST APIs. • Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills; portfolio demonstrating impact. • Desired: background in aerospace/defense or related industries and experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Python). • Desired: experience identifying and building KPIs to support data‑driven decision making.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $103,200 to $154,700 for Colorado Springs applicants, with potential bonuses, sign‑on incentives, and other discretionary payments based on experience and internal parity. Additional benefits may include relocation assistance and performance‑based incentives.
