About the Role
The Building Experience (BE) Sales Representative will sell Johnson Controls' building solutions to owners at the Director or Vice President level. You will promote our value proposition, provide business and technical solutions, and build long‑term partnerships with assigned accounts. Renewable service agreements will serve as the foundation for managed relationships, and you will drive the sales process from qualification to closing. • Sell Johnson Controls building solutions to Director‑level owners and drive profitable outcomes. • Promote business and technical solutions that align with customers’ operational and environmental goals. • Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with assigned accounts. • Position and expand renewable service agreements, including multi‑year contracts. • Lead the sales cycle from qualification to closing new opportunities. • Differentiate Johnson Controls offerings through creativity and innovation. • Mentor with a senior Account Executive to enhance sales effectiveness. • Participate in extensive product training, cross‑training, and career development resources. • Work in a collaborative, safety‑focused environment guided by the Zero Harm policy.

What You Bring
Successful candidates have at least one year of field sales experience, including sales of HVAC or building‑automation systems, and a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
