About the Role
In this agile environment, the developer will work closely with product owners, technical leads, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce functionality. Collaboration across cross‑functional teams is essential to ensure high‑quality outcomes. • Develop, configure, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and Flow. • Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and stakeholders to gather and define technical requirements. • Write clean, efficient, well‑documented code and participate in code reviews adhering to best practices and governance limits. • Integrate Salesforce with third‑party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and event‑driven architectures. • Conduct unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, and maintain existing applications by addressing defects and technical debt. • Stay current with Salesforce releases, recommend improvements, and build Experience Cloud sites using the LWR framework. • Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Azure Boards) and manage source control with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

What You Bring
• Apply strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, security, sharing, and integration patterns (SSO, Named Credentials, Connected Apps, Canvas, iFrames). • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 3 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience. • Possess Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Administrator) and solid front‑end skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SLDS).
