About the Role

The incumbent will partner with global and local teams to understand design intent and develop validated analysis models that substantiate engineering designs. They will collaborate with technology and product teams to define problem statements, understand project requirements, and solve problems in discussion with stakeholders. Additionally, they will participate in developing simulation modeling methodologies in the flow and thermal domain, improving existing methods and advancing analysis maturity with test correlations. The role requires interpreting, summarizing, and communicating CFD analysis results to a global and local audience, providing technical and design recommendations. What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Applied Mechanics, or Ocean Engineering with a specialization in flow and thermal from a reputable institute, and have 0–1 year of experience. They should possess thorough knowledge of fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and CFD fundamentals, with the ability to perform hand calculations, interpret results, and correlate test data with simulations. Strong communication skills, effective collaboration, and problem‑solving ability are essential. • Hold a Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Applied Mechanics, or Ocean Engineering with a flow and thermal specialization. • Possess 0–1 year of experience and strong knowledge of fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and CFD theory. • Demonstrate effective communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
