About the Role

• Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures. • Supervise and coordinate activities of foremen and their assigned craft workers. • Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders. • Interpret company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations. • Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedule, using knowledge of equipment and personnel capacities. • Study and analyze schedules and estimate worker‑hour requirements for job completion. • Analyze and resolve work problems. • Maintain time records. • Make cost estimates for contracts. • Use logical step‑by‑step procedures in work. • Plan work and solve problems. • Make decisions based on measurable information. • Operate machinery as needed. • Lead team members by example, provide coaching and feedback, and manage performance. • Effectively work and build relationships with individuals of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels. • Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 lb (loads over 50 lb require assistance or equipment).

What You Bring

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least five years of related experience. Candidates should demonstrate strong teamwork, a positive attitude, professional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures.
