About the Role
The Maintenance Technician supports the property’s maintenance processes—including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic work—and assists with make‑ready activities under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. • Respond promptly to resident and management work orders for common areas, buildings, and units. • Perform routine, preventative, corrective and emergency maintenance, including pool care and chemical logging. • Conduct daily inspections of grounds, buildings and amenities to identify and rectify hazards. • Support scheduling and execution of unit turn‑around (make‑ready) tasks. • Maintain a well‑organized, stocked maintenance shop while adhering to OSHA safety standards. • Keep accurate records of service requests, preventative maintenance, EPA/OSHA compliance, and make‑ready status. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor request turnaround, and enforce community policies. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and after‑hours duties as required.

What You Bring
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills for on‑site software. • Understand Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. • Ability to lift and move objects over 100 lb, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and operate power tools and equipment. • Must have reliable transportation to meet on‑call emergency obligations.

Benefits
