About the Role
Interns will own and drive analytical projects that address real‑world business challenges, gaining exposure to the department’s broader analytics strategy while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and presenting findings to decision‑makers. • Create and curate datasets from disparate sources to enable insight generation. • Identify and interpret trends and patterns across variables in datasets. • Analyze complex business problems using internal and external data; build automated reports, dashboards, and statistical models. • Manage project requests end‑to‑end, gathering requirements and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. • Present findings and recommendations to decision‑makers through data visualizations and storytelling. • Continuously improve technical skills, analytical thinking, communication, and performance measurement.

What You Bring
Candidates must be enrolled in or have recently completed a master’s program in a related field, demonstrate a commitment to equity, and possess experience with data manipulation, visualization, and programming languages such as SQL or R, along with strong communication, organizational, and proactive teamwork skills. • Currently enrolled in or graduated (<1 year) from a master's program in business analytics, data science, statistics, information management, or a related discipline. • Possess experience in data manipulation and a solid understanding of analytical methods and data visualization concepts. • Exhibit strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement. • Show strong organizational abilities and independent time‑management to complete tasks. • Have proficiency with a programming language (e.g., SQL, R), data modeling, and BI tools such as Tableau.
