About the Role

• Oversee and manage change orders, ensuring accurate documentation, impact assessment, and effective implementation. • Develop and implement strategies to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and company policies across assigned projects. • Ensure project level compliance with reporting standards and project management practices. • Co-chair weekly project performance reviews, providing feedback and recommendations to enhance project performance. • Collaborate closely with project directors, managers, and construction leaders to achieve project objectives within specified constraints. • Manage the project budget, including cost tracking and forecasting. • Conduct weekly reconciliation of resource spend, and trends. • Initiate and maintain project cost control plans and procedures. • Take a lead role in commercial activities for assigned projects, including financial and contractual aspects. • Have insight to highlight key risk factors and advise EPC cost estimates. • Prepare detailed monthly executive reports, including variance analysis, risk logs, forecasts, and change logs. • Regularly evaluate project performance, addressing and resolving contractual disputes promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify project risks and opportunities, developing strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities. • Carry Weight: infrequently carry weight and/or lift objects (light to heavy) weighing up to 10 pounds • Participate in project schedule development and review weekly, including critical path management and progress tracking. • Act as a key stakeholder in subcontract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company standards. • Engage with clients and stakeholders to align expectations with project goals and directly be accountable for timely project invoicing, cash flows, and change management.

What You Bring

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines. • Willingness to travel as required, up to 50%. • Hearing and Speech: frequently communicates with the ability to hear and talk on a regular basis with employees, coworkers, and all personnel matters; must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools. • Noise level ranges from low to moderate (if in office setting) • Capability to interact with leadership cross-culturally, both within and outside the organization. • Sight: frequent use of sight to detect images on computer, office documents, and office objects near and far • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or 2+ years work experience in a related field. • Stationary Position: frequently remains stationary up to 90% of the time and sitting up to 8 hours in a day • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Travel: up to 50% as needed • Noise level ranges from moderate to high (if on construction worksite)
