About the Role

• Apply general engineering knowledge of telecom or electronic security systems and coordinate with commercial hardware. • Design cabling pathways, including conduits and cable tray systems, ensuring proper bonding. • Meet with clients to assess needs, define objectives, and verify that design requirements are met. • Develop complete construction documents (SD, DD, CD) that convey design intent and specifications. • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to define functional requirements and system designs. • Edit telecommunications or security specifications to suit each specific project. • Stay current on industry product offerings and research emerging technologies. • Assist in problem resolution and technical troubleshooting during field support. • Meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks independently, and stay within budget.

What You Bring

• Hold an associate or technical school degree or equivalent experience. • Possess 0–5 years (or up to 10 years) of related work experience. • Demonstrate a "Can‑Do" problem‑solving mindset. • Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills. • Work effectively in a high‑velocity environment while maintaining detail and quality. • Proficient in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office; Revit or AutoCAD experience is a plus. • Understand engineering drawings, design standards, and practices. • Be eligible for government security investigation and classified information access. • Earn a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
