About the Role

The role is based in Home Depot stores, where you act as a sales specialist for professional painting contractors. Working independently and alongside Pro Desk staff, you will meet local pros, understand their unique needs, and become their primary point of contact for Behr products. Your goal is to deliver a seamless paint‑store experience that keeps contractors productive. You will build and sustain relationships with contractors, guiding them to the right products, mixing paint, and providing necessary tools quickly. Collaboration with Behr’s outside sales representatives and Home Depot employees ensures orders are prepared accurately, often requiring occasional lifting of up to 75 lb.
