About the Role
• Greet prospective residents promptly and courteously. • Qualify apartment applicants thoroughly and efficiently. • Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move‑ins. • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date rental files and enter data into the system. • Prepare leases and oversee signing by new residents. • Complete monthly administrative tasks and keep property paperwork organized. • Address resident maintenance issues, complaints, and rent payments professionally.

What You Bring
