Job Highlights
About the Role
Each day you will service trucks and equipment that support over 20 million customers across the United States, working on both diesel and, at some locations, CNG trucks using modern tools and procedures. Your work ensures that vehicles roll out of the shop ready to serve the local community. Key duties include maintaining a clean, safe work area, performing preventive maintenance inspections, diagnosing and repairing moderately complex issues, guiding other maintenance staff, and using vehicle computer systems to interpret failures. You will also estimate repair costs, order parts, inspect third‑party repairs, and respond to emergency breakdown calls and safety checks. The role involves frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, climbing, and constant standing, walking, and grasping, with occasional sitting. You will be exposed to physical risks such as cuts, burns, and chemicals, as well as environments that include dirt, noise, odors, and extreme weather, both indoors in the shop and outdoors. • Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and moderate‑complex repairs on diesel and CNG trucks • Guide other maintenance personnel and use vehicle computer systems for fault analysis • Estimate labor and material costs, requisition parts, and report additional work needs • Respond to emergency breakdown service calls and conduct safety inspections

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least four years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, be over 18, and be legally eligible to work in the United States. Physical ability to meet the job’s demands and successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screen and physical are also required. Travel for this position may require a REAL ID or TSA‑approved alternative, as federal regulations mandate appropriate identification for air travel or access to federal property. • Minimum 4 years relevant experience, valid driver’s license, 18+ years old, legal U.S. work eligibility • Ability to meet physical demands including lifting, standing, and exposure to chemicals and inclement weather
