What You Bring
Are you a skilled and safety‑conscious electrical engineer with a passion for medium‑voltage (MV) systems? If you thrive in a hands‑on, customer‑facing environment and have a strong technical background, we want to hear from you. The role involves alternating one week of travel to customers across the EMEA region—typically in data centres, utilities or oil & gas—and one week working from home on administrative tasks. Candidates can be based anywhere in Ireland, the UK, the Netherlands, Poland or Romania, preferably close to a major airport. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution, support and mentor other service engineers, and collaborate with project management to meet delivery targets and enhance customer satisfaction. The position requires a higher diploma or degree in electrical engineering, experience in power‑distribution testing and commissioning, and the ability to test and commission large MV‑to‑HV installations, including protection‑relay programming. Strong IT literacy, attention to detail, leadership skills and flexibility to travel across the EMEA region are also essential. • Program and configure protection relays. • Travel across the EMEA region (one week on‑site, one week remote) and be based near a major airport in Ireland, UK, Netherlands, Poland or Romania.
