Job Highlights
About the Role
You will conduct market research and collect data on investment assets such as collective sale sites, commercial buildings and mixed‑use properties. You will help prepare investment decks, pitch books, teasers and marketing brochures, and assist in creating land‑rate and pricing benchmarks, buyer lists and deal positioning strategies using URA data and recent transactions. You will manage internal databases, participate in site visits, investor roadshows and data‑room preparation, and coordinate with research, valuation, legal and finance teams to support due diligence. What You Bring
We are seeking students currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or a related field with a strong interest in commercial real estate, investment sales and transaction management.
