About the Role

The role is a transformative sales leadership position responsible for driving sales excellence across a geographically dispersed portfolio and shaping the future sales and leasing strategy. What You Bring

As part of the sales function, the leader combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution, designing and optimizing processes, leveraging data‑driven insights, and fostering collaboration with marketing, operations, and revenue management. Success requires an innovative, results‑oriented, people‑focused leader who creates systems that empower teams and deliver measurable outcomes. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least 8 years of progressive leadership experience in sales, leasing, or revenue management, including 3 years managing multi‑site or geographically dispersed teams. They should demonstrate a proven track record of driving performance through coaching, strategic leadership, process optimization, and the use of technology and analytics tools such as CRM and Power BI. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). • Minimum 8 + years progressive sales/leasing leadership experience; 3 + years managing multi‑site teams. • Proven track record of driving performance through coaching and organizational change. • Expertise in sales techniques, performance management, and process optimization. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and analytics tools (Power BI preferred). • Strong ability to lead authentically, foster accountability, and adapt to evolving needs. • Valid driver’s license.
