About the Role

The Assistant Community Manager serves as the friendly face and main point of contact for residents and visitors, handling inquiries with empathy and professionalism. Responsibilities include conducting community tours, supporting seamless move‑ins and move‑outs, and escalating resident concerns to leadership when necessary. In addition to resident interaction, the role involves overseeing community operations such as inspecting homes before occupancy, walking the property to identify maintenance or curb‑appeal issues, assisting with resident events, and ensuring safety standards and policies are upheld. Administrative duties include maintaining accurate resident records, preparing community reports, and providing day‑to‑day support for various office tasks. • Serve as primary contact for residents and visitors, responding with empathy and professionalism • Conduct community tours for walk‑ins and scheduled visits • Support seamless move‑ins and move‑outs • Escalate resident concerns to leadership as needed • Inspect homes before move‑in to ensure quality • Walk property and flag maintenance or curb‑appeal issues • Assist in planning and executing resident events • Help ensure safety standards and community policies are followed • Maintain accurate resident records • Assist in preparing community reports • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support
