About the Role
A Counter Sales Associate demonstrates exceptional customer service to walk‑in, phone, and will‑call customers. The associate processes orders, quotes prices, enters orders into the system, and provides order information. They pull orders as required, communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policies, and advise customers on product applications, troubleshooting issues. The role includes upselling related products and informing customers of promotions, plus other duties as assigned. • Provide exceptional customer service to walk‑in, phone, and will‑call customers. • Process orders, quote prices, enter orders into the system, and deliver order information. • Pull orders, communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policies. • Offer technical advice, troubleshoot, and resolve customer product issues. • Upsell related products and promote current product promotions.

What You Bring
