What You Bring

Candidates must have at least six years of industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, general electrical knowledge, and familiarity with facilities and pneumatic systems. They should be self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, able to mentor others, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent with reliable transportation. Physical requirements include traversing the production area, lifting up to 75 lb with assistance, and wearing required personal protective equipment.
