About the Role
The Project Coordinator reports to the Manager, Project Controls and will facilitate communication with key stakeholders, maintain project documentation, create requisitions and purchase orders, process invoices, and enforce governance using project‑management software. • Support cost coordination, control, and document control functions. • Prepare and input key metrics/reports for project performance. • Enter purchase requisitions, manage changes to purchase orders, and attest invoices in Oracle and PMWeb. • Set up vendors in financial and cost systems and assist them with invoicing procedures. • Reconcile cost information between Oracle and PMWeb monthly and maintain workflow. • Coordinate month‑end accruals with the project Cost Specialist. • Ensure alignment with corporate/regulatory compliance and governance. • Arrange meetings with user groups and manage project‑related logistics. • Document meeting minutes, produce action plans, and follow up on action items. • Maintain a project SharePoint site for purchasing, invoice documentation, and workflow processes. • Manage project procedures for activity tracking and deliverable status.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in business administration, have at least five years of relevant experience, and ideally possess a project‑management certification. Strong knowledge of project‑control software (Oracle, PMWeb, SharePoint) and the MS Office suite, analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication are required. The role demands independent prioritisation and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
