About the Role
• Lead high‑profile client engagements, overseeing technical delivery, client relationship, profitability and key project metrics. • Identify and secure new business opportunities using industry knowledge and networks. • Shape solutions, manage delivery teams and ensure optimal results for clients and staff. • Advise senior leaders on business strategy and internal capability development. • Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships. • Drive thought leadership and represent AMCL at global conferences.

What You Bring
• 5+ years experience on asset or infrastructure projects. • Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills. • Strong analytical ability with a track record of high‑quality outputs. • Experience solving complex problems in consulting or asset‑intensive organisations. • Ability to balance competing needs and manage time and workload effectively. • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and BI tools such as PowerBI. • Willingness to travel as required. • Strong commercial awareness. • Academic background in Engineering, Business or a related field. • Institute of Asset Management Certificate and Diploma (or progressing).
