About the Role

Your daily duties include striking up conversations with travelers, scheduling resort tours, painting vivid pictures of must‑see attractions, local events, and dining hotspots, and acting as the go‑to source of insider knowledge. You will radiate positivity while delivering top‑tier customer service and stay informed about all aspects of the vacation club to share new information. • Initiate conversations with Wisconsin Dells travelers and schedule resort tours. • Promote local attractions, events, and dining options to visitors. • Serve as the primary source of insider knowledge for guests. • Deliver enthusiastic, top‑level customer service. • Stay up‑to‑date on vacation club offerings and updates. • Work full‑time year‑round or seasonally on a 5‑day, 40‑hour week, including weekends.
