About the Role

The Senior Associate or Vice President of Investor Activations will lead the development, planning and execution of digital and experiential initiatives that raise awareness of Brookfield’s real‑estate business and deepen client relationships. Reporting to the Vice President of Investor Relations, the role thrives in a collaborative, results‑oriented environment and requires creativity, energy and a positive attitude. • Lead planning and execution of digital and experiential investor initiatives for the Real Estate Group. • Design high‑touch, creative experiences to elevate the Brookfield Real Estate brand and strengthen client relationships. • Manage activations end‑to‑end, including venue and vendor selection, budgeting, timelines, invitations, AV, catering and on‑site logistics. • Optimize technology platforms for seamless client invitations and communications. • Produce post‑event analysis using surveys and feedback, delivering reports to stakeholders and executive management.

What You Bring

The position demands strong project‑management capabilities, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors and technology platforms from concept through delivery. Candidates should hold a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Events or a related field, and possess 8‑12 years of relevant experience. Required skills include expert knowledge of Microsoft Office and event‑management tools such as Cvent, the ability to travel internationally, and the capacity to stay calm and solve problems under pressure. • Hold a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Events or related discipline. • Possess 8–12 years of professional experience with strong project‑management and cross‑functional collaboration skills. • Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office suite and event‑management tools (e.g., Cvent). • Ability to travel internationally for events and planning trips.
