About the Role

You will provide and install advanced home technologies such as satellite dishes, home security, and smart‑home automation, becoming the technician customers trust. This role focuses on the installation and maintenance of satellite dishes and receivers for residential and commercial customers. You will foster positive customer relationships, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless, enjoyable experience while working both indoors and outdoors and adhering to safety guidelines. • Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers at residential and commercial sites. • Provide excellent customer service, building trust and ensuring a seamless experience. • Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions and products. • Follow all safety protocols, climb ladders, lift up to 80 lb, and work in varied weather conditions. • Work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and evenings.

What You Bring
