About the Role
In this position you will support all phases of utility construction for various telecom projects, ensuring the job is done right and to the highest standards. You will develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, drive projects through scheduling, budgeting, and resource management, and conduct site walkouts and project meetings. What You Bring
We are looking for candidates with at least two years of telecom wireline construction experience, preferably with fiber‑optic cable knowledge and familiarity with fiber and copper distribution. The ideal engineer can design and plan aerial and underground construction best practices, read and interpret design prints, and adapt quickly to custom software tools. Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, combined with a safety‑focused mindset and hands‑on problem‑solving ability, are essential. • Possess 2+ years of telecom wireline construction experience, with fiber optic knowledge preferred. • Prioritize and track multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills. • Collaborate effectively in team environments and communicate clearly.

Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on experience, and is complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
