About the Role

Graduates will analyse benefits and impacts of transport investments across roads, railways, airports and whole‑city strategies, working on projects in the UK and internationally to produce evidence‑based plans for society. The Rail Operations Planning graduate role involves designing and implementing safety‑critical signalling and railway operations systems, covering the full project lifecycle from business case to commissioning across digital and legacy signalling platforms. • Provide mentorship and technical training through a three‑year graduate development programme. • Work on projects that enhance transport infrastructure, hospitals, military sites and other critical assets. • Foster an inclusive culture that values diversity, teamwork and employee wellbeing. • Maintain high ethical standards with integrity and transparency in all activities.
