Design Manager (M2)

About the Role

• Manage interior design management systems, ensuring compliance with business, legal, and contractual standards. • Drive change and business improvement, delivering added value to clients. • Oversee all interior design phases, coordinating with construction, commercial, programme, and procurement teams. • Deliver elements of the annual business plan, meeting deadlines and budget targets. • Lead daily activities of design management teams, ensuring quality and timely outputs. • Ensure stakeholder briefs and requirements are met throughout the design process. • Provide operational support for deployed design management resources. • Present KPIs and performance data to stakeholders for informed decision-making. • Support business development efforts, contributing to work‑winning activities. • Build strong stakeholder relationships and leverage internal knowledge networks for continuous improvement. • Take initiative, identify opportunities or issues early, and propose ideas and improvements with ownership and resourcefulness. • Encourage teamwork, understand personal growth needs, and seek support when necessary to enhance performance. • Safety first – Going home safe and well: champion a safe, diverse and inclusive working environment, emphasizing wellbeing. • Client focus – Deliver on our promise: own the quality of deliverables, strategic outcomes and build long‑term relationships with clients. • Create opportunity – For our people to excel: champion a continuous improvement culture, inspiring people and teams to develop.
