About the Role

In this role you will turn data into actionable pricing insights, recommend optimal price gaps, and drive innovation in price pack architecture and promotional strategies. You will lead modeling efforts to assess the financial impact of pricing changes, facilitate strategy discussions with senior leaders, and partner with product, sales, finance, and marketing teams to execute pricing initiatives. • Transform data into actionable pricing insights using portfolio management and value‑based pricing frameworks. • Recommend optimal price gaps versus competition and identify key price points for new and existing products. • Lead financial modeling to quantify global and regional impacts of pricing and promotion changes. • Facilitate pricing strategy discussions and action plans with senior leaders and customer teams. • Collaborate with product, channel, sales, finance, and marketing partners to plan and execute pricing initiatives. • Monitor pricing performance, analyze trends, and provide insights to improve profitability. • Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to spot opportunities and risks.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate is a lifelong learner who embraces innovation and collaboration. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field is required, with an MBA and leadership experience preferred. You should bring at least five years of pricing or commercial‑finance experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred. • Minimum 5+ years experience in pricing or commercial finance, with leadership experience preferred. • Demonstrated strong analytical, quantitative, and financial‑modeling skills; proficient in Excel & PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, QlikView, SAP a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities; able to influence senior stakeholders.
