About the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager – Media and Campaigns is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital channels to drive lead generation and ROI. Reporting functionally to the Head of Digital Strategy and operationally to the Senior Digital Partner – Channel, the role oversees social media advertising, CRM/drip programs, and agency management for media buying and creative execution while maintaining performance accountability. • Drive adoption of digital marketing across stakeholders and raise awareness of advanced marketing methodologies. • Define and implement paid media strategies across search, social, and display platforms, aligning with global frameworks. • Serve as primary liaison with media and creative agencies, delivering clear briefs and monitoring performance against SLAs. • Manage agency-led media buying, creative development, localization, while retaining in-house strategic planning and budget allocation. • Track campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates) and provide actionable optimizations for cost efficiency and lead quality. • Collaborate with Channel Marketing and Marcom to ensure campaign consistency and appropriate creative assets. • Produce paid media plans, performance reports, ROI analysis, and agency quality evaluations. • Meet KPIs such as new name acquisition, campaign ROI, lead and opportunity generation.

What You Bring

• Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including briefing, media planning, execution, and KPI reporting. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business or a related field. • Bring 5+ years of digital marketing experience focused on paid media and campaign management, including agency oversight. • Demonstrate expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, strong analytical skills, and effective stakeholder communication.
