About the Role

• Take residents’ dining orders with a friendly, attentive demeanor. • Memorize residents’ names, special requests, and dietary restrictions. • Set up the dining room with all necessary items (silverware, napkins, menus, condiments). • Clean and sanitize the dining room, menus, kitchen, and service stations as directed. • Follow safe food‑handling practices and assist in preparing beverages, snacks, desserts, salads, and condiments. • Support residents with special dining requests and ensure attendance is documented for each meal. • Participate in all scheduled in‑service training and adhere to federal, state, local, and community regulations.

What You Bring

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma (or GED) and one year of fine‑dining or senior‑living hospitality experience. Strong multitasking, organization, judgment and senior‑care skills are required, and the position involves frequent standing, lifting up to 50 lb, and other physical tasks. • Hold a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of fine‑dining or senior‑living hospitality experience. • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities, strong organizational and time‑management skills, and good judgment in problem solving. • Meet physical requirements: stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, use fine and gross motor skills, and apply proper body mechanics.
