About the Role
The OMT training program prepares individuals to become front‑line Operations Managers. Participants spend most of their time in the field, interacting with frontline staff while learning to increase profitability, improve efficiency, boost customer satisfaction, and lead teams. Relocation within a designated geographic area is required after training. • Provide timely and consistent touchpoints with frontline employees. • Review best practices to enhance daily performance. • Partner with drivers and technicians to develop job‑related skills. • Complete all assigned OMT training curriculum. • Conduct coaching conversations and seek feedback. • Collaborate with frontline managers to learn day‑to‑day operations. • Develop knowledge of DOT and OSHA safety programs and operational systems.
