About the Role
The Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and telephone inquiries, handling room bookings, work request submissions, and mail and courier distribution. They will support the internal site management team, oversee visitor and contractor escorts, manage consumable deliveries, and assist with building access and meeting‑room logistics. Additional duties include administrative tasks such as invoicing, data entry, work‑order management, and basic equipment support. • Greet clients and visitors and manage building access. • Field all incoming phone calls, handle inquiries and coordinate room bookings. • Log work requests in the internal system and track progress with landlords. • Support the site management team by relaying client and internal requests. • Escort and supervise visitors and contractors as needed. • Collect, sort, and distribute internal and external mail and courier packages. • Distribute consumables throughout refresh areas. • Provide access cards to staff and contractors and support meeting‑room set‑ups, including reconfigurations and catering. • Perform administrative tasks such as invoicing, receipting, reconciliation, data entry, and records management. • Manage work orders and maintain distribution lists. • Offer first‑tier support for printer and plotter issues. • Conduct scheduled preventive‑maintenance checks of first‑aid kits, AEDs, and fire extinguishers. • Apply HSE policies and ensure compliance. • Deliver high‑quality customer service in a call‑center environment, demonstrating professional telephone etiquette and attention to detail.

Benefits
The position is non‑exempt with an hourly rate of $23–$24.50, based on experience, skills, and location.
