About the Role

The role provides program leadership for critical digital transformation efforts, working closely with key stakeholders and the IT team to design and implement technology and process solutions. It is accountable for managing the digital transformation portfolio, developing strategies, executing initiatives, and collaborating across functions to deliver performance dashboards and ensure stakeholder accountability. • Provide program leadership for digital transformation initiatives in CST Americas. • Partner with stakeholders and IT to design and implement technology and process solutions. • Manage the digital transformation portfolio, overseeing scope, timeline, and delivery. • Develop and execute the overall digital transformation strategy and lifecycle plans. • Create performance dashboards from internal reports for leadership and stakeholders. • Establish accountability infrastructure and hold stakeholders responsible for plan execution. • Own execution timeline, set key milestones, and report progress, risks, and issues. • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate, high‑quality feature delivery and track dependencies. • Design robust user testing mechanisms and evaluate trade‑offs for project priorities.

What You Bring

The company seeks an experienced, highly professional individual to manage and oversee large‑scale digital and technology project implementations required in the CST Americas. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and possess more than five years of experience as a software product manager, product owner, or business analyst, along with at least two years of hands‑on experience delivering technical solutions across data, analytics, and technology. Proven ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed environment is essential. Preferred attributes include demonstrated change‑management experience, familiarity with CRM tools, the ability to craft technical and organizational solutions, adaptability to shifting priorities, strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, and a highly organized, detail‑oriented approach. • Bachelor’s degree required. • 5+ years experience as a software product manager, product owner, or business analyst. • 2+ years hands‑on experience delivering technical solutions in data, analytics, and technology. • Proven ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed environment. • Demonstrated change‑management experience (preferred). • Experience using CRM tools (preferred). • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
